Types of Training

  • Private 1:1 Training

    Our personal training model will customize a program tailored to your lifestyle, experience and abilities. Using modern fitness methods to help you effectively reach your goals you will not waste one minute in our workouts. We will establish the path and walk along side you until your fitness goal has been achieved. Aside from guiding you to the best version of yourself we also want you to establish autonomy with your fitness and health. This will put you in control of your health throughout the rest of your life.

  • Semi-Private Training

    For those clients that want a little more of a challenge with a community feel the semi-private training option is a great choice. You will work alongside other clients that are chasing their goals as hard as you are. Each client will still have workouts tailored to their specific goals and abilities. This is not a bootcamp. You essentially are still getting personalized attention within a group format. There will be no more than 4 clients per semi-private workout.

  • Online Programming / Virtual

    During a virtual personal training session, you can expect to receive personalized fitness instruction and guidance. We will work with you to assess your current fitness level and create a customized workout plan tailored to your goals and abilities. The session will typically include a combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and flexibility work, and can be adjusted to suit your needs and preferences.
